Welcome to the LADC blog, coming to you from the Kootenay Mountains near Nelson BC.

LADC Studio

Through this blog we’ll be keeping you up to date with our project at 3457 Bedford Road, where we are building Nelson’s first PassivHaus dwelling. This is both a personal project and a public one, as we hope that our experience here will inform and inspire others on their quest to reduce their impact on the planet.
